It is important you inform me of any allergens so we can carry out a risk assessment regarding the level and severity of any known allergic reaction that could occur.

Having advised you in relation to allergen risk, I must stress that although every reasonable care and effort is taken in the preparation, I cannot guarantee your product will be 100% free of allergens that are carefully stored and used daily on the premises.

Allergen stickers are always placed on the boxes of every order, stating what known allergens the bakes contain, it’s your responsibility to notify any friends or family with this information.
